Vivid Sydney organisers describe this free event as where art, technology and commerce intersect….which is a pretty accurate description.

I was stoked that on my last night in Australia my family and I were able to see Sydney’s urban spaces lit up as a wonderland of ‘light-art.’

Glowing sculptures, innovative light installations and grand-scale projections on some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings is what this unique experience is all about.

History repeated itself and my favourite location was Custom’s House, which showcased free-flowing images of Sydney’s flora and fauna representing how the natural environment creates a blossoming world.

Vivid Sydney 2015 finishes on the 8th June, so if you’re close by and haven’t visited I suggest you brave the cold and see this spectacular outdoor gallery of lights!

Just a tip – you may want to have a few wines before you go to warm your insides! We did!
