Meet Ainslie Young

Ainslie Young is an award winning Feminine Embodiment Coach and Pleasure Mentor who is passionate about partnering with female entrepreneurs and high achieving women in corporate and showing them how to work smarter not harder, so they too can create successful and sustainable businesses and careers on their own terms.


Ainslie can be described as a heart-centred strategist thanks to her university qualifications in psychology and marketing, her life coaching and feminine embodiment certifications plus her extensive corporate experience in marketing coupled with her own entrepreneurial adventure across product and service based businesses. In addition to her high-end Private Mentoring and consulting, she also runs sold out workshops, retreats and intimate in-person business mastermind events in Asia and Australia.


In 2022, Ainslie’s work was recognised internationally by the School of Embodied Arts, with the Excellence in Embodied Leadership Coaching award and in 2018 she won a Hong Kong Women’s Leadership in Business award. She’s also been a Finalist in the Beautiful You International Coach of The Year category 2017-2018 and Emerging Coach of The Year category 2016-2017, plus was listed as a Young Entrepreneur To Watch in Anthill Magazine’s ‘30 Under 30 Rising Stars.’ Ainslie also hosts the popular Feminine Business School podcast which launched at #1 in Marketing in both Hong Kong and Singapore and entered the charts at #2 in Australia.

​In 2022 Ainslie won the Embodied Leadership Coaching Award from the School of Embodied Arts. This award was specifically for practitioners working in the realm of career, business, marketing, leadership, expression.

This popular category received many strong nominations but Ainslie’s work stood out as her Pleasure-Centred Leadership philosophy was well defined and the clear benefits of this way of approaching business is shown in her client results.

Ainslie is on a mission to create a Pleasure-Centred Leadership movement where all women in business put their pleasure first, unapologetically and use their infinite source of pleasure to create wildly successful and sustainable businesses on their own terms.

Pleasure Centred Leadership is woven into all aspects of Ainslie’s business and life. Accessing the felt sense of pleasure unlocked so much gold and helped her create a 6 figure business working 1-3 days a week, prioritising her current season of motherhood. She also pays herself a generous salary, donates 1-2% of all profits to charity, all while preserving her physical and mental health as the business has grown.
