About Me

I’m one of those multi-passionate souls who always has different things on the go and the idea of doing just one thing in life scares the pants off me!

The benefit of being multi-passionate and having a few well-honed skills up my sleeve means that I can help support others in a number of ways:

I help amazing entrepreneurs and small business owners get super clear on what it is they want to say about their business and I craft compelling copy to powerfully communicate this to their ideal client or customer. I love working with coaches, dance, yoga and pilates instructors, wellness practitioners, creatives…..if you’re passionate about what you do, I want to work with you!

I also use my strategic marketing magic to share business owner’s amazing gifts and talents (ie products and services) and amplify their unique message across the online world so they can attract new clients and fabulous opportunities which will help to grow their business.

I help spirited women boldly step up and step out of their cozy little comfort zones so they can live the life they truly desire. Through the power of life coaching, I help them find the clarity, direction and confidence they require to turn their dreams into a reality.

I also share my own stories and experiences that focus on living a life full of passion and joy; amping up your clarity and confidence; jumping into new life experiences head on and offering up behind the scenes snippets of my life here in Hong Kong… including my rather frequent travel adventures. “When you have the clarity of intention, the Universe conspires with you to make it happen”

Fabienne Fredrickson.

After walking this earth for a little over 30 years, there are a few things I believe to be true:

That being a lifelong learner is powerful and the satisfaction of constantly expanding your mind and chasing soul-sparkling experiences is an addiction.

In giving things a go, failing fast, changing directions and taking a bunch of great lessons from your adventure.

I whole-heartedly believe in the power of gratitude and counting your blessings, big and small, on a daily basis.

Kicking perfection to the curb and embracing the overwhelming benefits of vulnerability.

In the power of high-vibed and intelligent conversations with magnetic and like-minded souls.

Everything happens for a reason.

How I Got Here:

Like a lot of young people I headed straight to University after high school and found myself studying an Honours Degree in Psychology. Did I love it? Not exactly. But my Psychology and uni experience opened up some pretty awesome doors…

After graduating, I vowed I would never return to University, but rather ironically I ended up in a pretty kick-arse Marketing role back where it all began!at the Uni, where I travelled the world and managed international student markets in Asia, was responsible for the University’s direct email marketing strategy for both international and postgraduate student recruitment, developed new executive education and online postgraduate products and even directed TV commercials amongst an array of other MARCOMS initiatives. I also did all off this whilst completing a Master of Marketing with Distinction…oh, and I also met my gorgeous husband working at this University!

Everything in life was going along swimmingly but in 2011 I had this niggling feeling that I wanted more! So to combat this feeling my sister and I leapt into the world of entrepreneurship and started our own designer handbag label. It was kind of crazy seeing as though we had no business or fashion background. But we worked night and day (all whilst working full-time in our day jobs) successfully bringing our vision and brand to life. We sourced materials from around the globe, coordinated manufacturing across two different continents, grew a loyal online community on a very minimal budget, received national press and were featured in The Sunday Telegraph, The Australian, Renegade Collective Magazine and we even appeared on the local NEWS broadcast. But our biggest achievement was selling out of our two collections that we designed and manufactured ourselves.

As the Universe would have it, my husband was offered an amazing role in Hong Kong and we jumped at the chance to live abroad. We thought this would be a great opportunity for me to work full-time on the handbag label. But then my intuition took over and helped me make the biggest decision of all, which was to park the idea of my designer handbag label and follow my passion for writing, online marketing and self-development. This led to me studying again, and this time adding a life coaching qualification to my psychology, marketing, and business arsenal.

Fast-forward to the present – now I’m living in Hong Kong where I’ve learned first hand what it’s like to embrace having my comfort zone stretched to it’s limit, starting from scratch in terms of creating a new home, life and business. Plus I’ve actually had the guts to change direction and literally ‘join the dots’ to reveal that I LOVE helping others and I can do this by combining my education and coaching qualifications with my marketing and business experience. WINNING!
